1. Reiki Training Level 1- Usui Shiki Ryoho given by Resonate Station:
Practice in the ancient healing art of Reiki throughout the retreat.
Receive comprehensive training in Usui Shiki Ryoho Level 1.
Obtain a certification that acknowledges your commitment to this transformative practice.
2. Tapping into Healing the Inner Child guided by Sep’on – Thao Bui:
Engage in guided meditations specifically tailored to heal and nurture your inner child.
Uncover and address unresolved emotions, fostering a path towards emotional well-being.
3. Deep Relaxation with Sound Healing:
Rest in the healing frequency of sound for deep relaxation, stress reduction, sleep quality improvement, enhancing meditation, balancing energy centers, releasing tension, aid emotional healing, stimulating creativity, providing pain relief, and fostering a sense of connection and community.
4. Embodied Yoga with Tien Pham:
Come back to ourselves take care of the little child who inhabits the depths of our wounded souls. Embrace the in-breath and out-breath with tenderness, they in turn embrace the body and the mind. Then it offers a sense of calmness and more understanding and loving.
5. Reconnecting with Nature:
Immerse yourself in the healing practice of Shinrin Yoku, also known as “forest bathing”
Connect with the natural world, finding serenity and balance amidst the beauty of nature in Nha Trang.
6. Community Sharing:
Building a circle with trust and practicing together accelerates healing, fosters mutual support, increases accountability, deepens connections, and creates a positive, safe space for collective growth and resilience.
